I have always wanted to have my own construction business ever since I graduated from college. I thought it was only a dream but when I finally got my break, I was able to have my own business and we are getting a lot of work orders, which makes me earn a lot more cash than what I used to get when I was just working for an employer. One thing I kept in mind though, is to make sure that all of my employees are well taken care of so they will not get in any form of harm, or if in case they get in to one, the company has enough money to make sure that they recover well. This is what I learned from my former employer and something that I further understood when I took the OSHA 10 training. I never thought that just by spending 10 hours of my life, I can understand what I have to understand and know the things that I have to know to make sure that I can become a good employer that I always wanted to be. In this day and age where the economy seems to be toying with all of us, keeping good quality employees is the best thing to do to help your own company and yourself as well.
